Privacy policy

This summary describes how TierPing handles personal data today. It will be updated as the product changes.

What we store

  • Your email address and authentication data, to sign you in
  • The name you enter at sign-up and a unique 10-digit account ID
  • Your plan status (the free Starter pilot or a paid plan)
  • The pricing page URLs you add and the snapshots and changes recorded for them
  • Basic usage and rate-limit counters to prevent abuse
  • If you subscribe: a record of each time you tick or untick the refund-policy agreement at checkout — the time, the plan and currency, the policy version, the exact wording shown, and the Razorpay subscription it led to

Why we keep the checkout agreement record

The record shows which refund and cancellation terms you agreed to before paying, so we can answer billing questions, refund requests and payment disputes. It is visible to you through your account and to TierPing administrators. We do not record your IP address or browser details for it.

What we do not store

  • Company details or phone numbers
  • Payment card details (payments are processed by Razorpay)

Sharing

Your monitored pages and history are private to your account. We use infrastructure providers to host the app and to fetch public pages; they process data only to provide those services.

Email

We do not send marketing email. We send change alerts you opt into, only to your confirmed account email, through Amazon SES.

Your choices

Paid plans can delete monitored pages at any time from the dashboard; on the free pilot, deleting a page requires upgrading. Account deletion requests can be made once our contact address is published on the contact page.
