What counts as a monitored page?
One public URL, usually a competitor's /pricing page. We fetch exactly that page — no crawling of linked pages — and compare it with the last snapshot.
Payments
Online billing isn't live yet. New accounts start on a free Starter pilot (1 page, 5 checks, 5 alert emails) and nothing is charged. When billing launches, paid limits switch on only after the payment provider confirms payment to our server, never from the browser.
